MGN Pension Trustees Limited, which is a company completely independent of MGL 2 Limited (the Schemes’ principal sponsoring employer), manages the Mirror Group Pension Schemes on behalf of members.
The Schemes closed to the future build-up of pensions on 31 March 2010. At that time, all current employees who were Scheme members became ‘Active Deferred’ members.
Deferred Scheme members are represented by category ‘B’ Trustee Directors, and pensioners by category ‘C’ Trustee Directors. A list of all the Trustee Directors:
